Scaleup Future in partnership with schools, technical institutions and businesses provide education, trainings, and apprenticeships to the disadvantaged and vulnerable youth in the communities. The youth learn and practice skills that prepare them to be successfully to navigate the world of work. About 90% of youth who are trained gain meaningful employment or continue their education within six months of graduation.

Workforce Development is a division of Scaleup Future that focuses on training, employment, education, and asset development. We prepare the disadvantaged youth with the skills necessary in the job market. We prioritize the value of ongoing workplace education and skills development, as well as addresses the hiring demands of employers. This gives our clients the opportunity and attitudes that result in improved work performance or gainful employment over their competitors in the job market.

Our professionals and volunteer of all levels are here to help clients with their anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, major mental illnesses, substance abuse, as well as other behavioral health issues. Our mission is to improve and sustain the quality of life for youth with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Scaleup Future provides high quality, evidence based, best practice treatment to meet the needs of individuals who come to us with a myriad of mental, emotional, social, and physical challenges.

Too many children are being criminalized at increasingly younger ages and subjected to the juvenile justice system and/or the adult criminal justice system. This is particularly true for children who are poor, children with disabilities, children with mental health and substance abuse challenges, children facing neglect, abuse, and/or violence. These children are disproportionately pushed out of schools and pulled into unjust systems through arrests and incarceration, which exacerbates harm and increases the risk of abuse We are dedicated to preventing children and youth especially those with disabilities from becoming involved in the courts and upholding the highest standards of care when they are charged with wrongdoing and enter the justice system.
